Kick Polymorph first. If poly is down, kick Glacial Spike during Icy Veins. Do not spend the kick on Frostbolt.

Icy Veins overlapping Frozen Orb is the kill. Alter Time at low health is a fake death — do not dump remaining cooldowns. Ring of Frost at your feet is the Shatter setup.

Stop damage in Ice Block. Force Alter Time with cheap pressure before your real go. Ice Cold is a big DR but they can still be CC'd.

Polymorph on a DPS loses the round if it lands. Trinket Polymorph, not Ring of Frost. Frost Nova and pet Freeze hold you still for Glacial Spike.

Go after you have forced Alter Time and they have used Ice Block. Best if they already spent Icy Veins.

Dumping your offensive cooldowns into Alter Time, or kicking Frostbolt instead of Polymorph.
