Kick Polymorph first. If poly is down, kick Arcane Surge during Touch of the Magi. Do not spend the kick on Arcane Missiles.

Touch of the Magi overlapping Arcane Surge is the kill. Alter Time at low health is a fake death — do not dump cooldowns. Presence of Mind cannot be kicked — stun or line it.

Stop damage in Ice Block. Force Alter Time with cheap pressure before your real go. Prismatic Barrier is an absorb, not an immunity — purge it or keep chip.

Polymorph on a DPS loses the round if it lands. Trinket Polymorph, not Ring of Frost. Slow and Frost Nova hold you still for Touch of the Magi.

Go after you have forced Alter Time and they have used Ice Block. Best if they already spent Arcane Surge.

Dumping your offensive cooldowns into Alter Time, or kicking Arcane Missiles instead of Polymorph.
