Do not interrupt the Outlaw rogue. Kick their healer the moment they Blind or Smoke Bomb. Between the Eyes and Dispatch are instants — kicking the rogue wastes it.

Between the Eyes the moment a stun lands is the kill. Grappling Hook into Smoke Bomb isolates you from your healer. They Cloak of Shadows your first magic, then restun.

Stop magic into Cloak of Shadows. Do not melee Evasion or Riposte — casters keep hitting both. Feint is AoE DR. Vanish after a missed Grappling Hook lasts longer.

Do not trinket Cheap Shot or Gouge — Kidney Shot is the stun that sets Between the Eyes. Blind is magic, dispel it. Step out of Smoke Bomb after Grappling Hook.

Go after a missed Between the Eyes with Cloak of Shadows already down. After Adrenaline Rush burns and Grappling Hook is still on cooldown, they are stuck.

Standing in Smoke Bomb after Grappling Hook, or skipping a wall because Between the Eyes hits softer now.
