Fake-cast Polymorph to bait Spell Reflection, then sheep and Shatter into Glacial Spike. Hold Alter Time for Avatar, not for random Mortal Strike hits.

Subtlety Rogue vs Discipline Priest

Treat the first Kidney Shot as the bait. Smoke Bomb the healer on the second stun, or swap onto the priest when Pain Suppression is already on a partner.
