Methodology

PvPCensus never pretends expert opinion and ladder data are the same thing. Every number on this site has a source, a patch, and a date. Live Battle.net numbers are unavailable on this load. Consensus is Jason’s typed Supatease and Skill Capped lists for Midnight Season 2 / 12.1. 2v2/3v3 demo. Untyped consensus boards stay empty — we do not invent them.

Consensus score

Each creator placement maps to points: S 100, A+ 90, A 80, B 60, C 40, D 20. A+ is a real tier, not stored as A. Current-patch lists weight 1.0. Previous-patch lists weight 0.45. The spec score is the weighted average, rounded. Consensus tier: 88+ S, 80+ A+, 72+ A, 54+ B, 36+ C, else D. Specs a source left unranked are omitted, not guessed.

Agreement

Agreement is the share of included rankings in the modal (most common) tier. A spec is marked split when at least three sources are included and modal-tier agreement is 55% or less. With two live boards, split is not triggered yet.

Creators

Public profiles are Supatease, Skill Capped, and Venruki. Consensus uses typed Supatease and Skill Capped overlay lists only. Venruki is track-only until a ranking list is entered from a public URL. We do not scrape YouTube. Skill Capped is an org ranking source: we attribute and link; we do not copy their site, UI, or guides.

Ladder data

Live Battle.net numbers are unavailable on this load. 2v2/3v3 demo. If a mode has no typed consensus lists, the average is empty — not a substitute board. Grades (S+ through D) for live brackets are rank within the filtered live population.

Patches

Current patch is 12.1 (Midnight Season 2). Recency weighting uses current vs previous patch ids. We do not publish invented hotfix rows. Empty change notes stay empty until a real source is entered.

What this is not

Not affiliated with Blizzard. Not a copy of any existing PvP site. Ability names are facts about the game; art, UI chrome, and logos are original. Consensus is the typed Supatease and Skill Capped overlay. It is not a verified live scrape and not a fictional demo board.
